the user.

Regis­tra­tion and access to the site’s ser­vices are reser­ved exclu­si­ve­ly for able-bodied indi­vi­duals who have com­ple­ted and vali­da­ted the regis­tra­tion form avai­lable online at www.moringaboost.com, as well as the present Terms and Condi­tions of Use.

When regis­te­ring, the user under­takes to pro­vide accu­rate, sin­cere and up-to-date infor­ma­tion about him­self and his mari­tal sta­tus. In addi­tion, the user must regu­lar­ly check his or her per­so­nal data to ensure its accuracy.

The user must the­re­fore pro­vide a valid e‑mail address, to which the site will send confir­ma­tion of regis­tra­tion for its ser­vices. An e‑mail address can­not be used more than once to regis­ter for services.

Any com­mu­ni­ca­tion by www.moringaboost.com and its part­ners is the­re­fore dee­med to have been recei­ved and read by the user. The lat­ter the­re­fore under­takes to regu­lar­ly check mes­sages recei­ved at this e‑mail address and to reply within a rea­so­nable time if necessary.

Only one regis­tra­tion is allo­wed per person.

In addi­tion to ente­ring a pass­word, the user is given a login to access an area reser­ved for him/her (herei­naf­ter refer­red to as the “Per­so­nal Area”).

Users can change their login and pass­word online in their Per­so­nal Area. The pass­word is per­so­nal and confi­den­tial, and the user under­takes not to com­mu­ni­cate it to third par­ties. In any case, www.moringaboost.com reserves the right to refuse a request for regis­tra­tion to the ser­vices in the event of non-com­pliance by the user with the pro­vi­sions of the present Gene­ral Terms of Use.

2. UNSUBSCRIBE

Regu­lar­ly regis­te­red users may unsub­scribe at any time by visi­ting the dedi­ca­ted page in their Per­so­nal Area. Any unsub­scrip­tion from the site will be effec­tive imme­dia­te­ly after the user has filled in the form pro­vi­ded for this purpose.

3. DELETION OF PERSONAL SPACE AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE SITE EDITOR

Users are here­by infor­med that the publi­sher reserves the right to delete the per­so­nal space of any User who contra­venes the present condi­tions of use and sale, and more par­ti­cu­lar­ly in the fol­lo­wing cases:
- If the user makes illi­cit use of the site ;

- Ille­gal content or acti­vi­ties using its site and this, without its due know­ledge within the mea­ning of Regu­la­tion (EU) No 910/2014 of the Euro­pean Par­lia­ment and of the Coun­cil of 23 July 2014 on elec­tro­nic iden­ti­fi­ca­tion and trust ser­vices for elec­tro­nic tran­sac­tions within the inter­nal market.

Fur­ther­more, the site can­not gua­ran­tee the accu­ra­cy, com­ple­te­ness or topi­ca­li­ty of the infor­ma­tion provided.

The user is res­pon­sible for :
- Pro­tec­ting your equip­ment and data;
- Your use of the site or its ser­vices;
- If it does not res­pect either the let­ter or the spi­rit of these GCU.

Users assume full res­pon­si­bi­li­ty for their use of the infor­ma­tion and content avai­lable on the www.moringaboost.com website.

Any use of the ser­vice by the User resul­ting direct­ly or indi­rect­ly in damage must be com­pen­sa­ted by the site.

The User is enti­re­ly res­pon­sible for any content he puts online;

Conse­quent­ly, in accor­dance with the French Data Pro­tec­tion Act, users have the right to access, rec­ti­fy and object to any per­so­nal data concer­ning them. All you have to do is send an online request to [email protected], giving your full name and address. By brow­sing the site, the user also declares that he/she has read the afo­re­men­tio­ned pri­va­cy policy.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
