COOKIES

A cookie is a text file which, thanks to the user’s brow­sing soft­ware, is depo­si­ted in a dedi­ca­ted space on the hard disk of the user’s ter­mi­nal when visi­ting a site or vie­wing an adver­ti­se­ment. It contains seve­ral pieces of infor­ma­tion, inclu­ding the name of the ser­ver that pla­ced the cookie, a unique iden­ti­fier num­ber, and pos­si­bly an expi­ry date.

Cookies enable the sen­der to reco­gnize the user’s ter­mi­nal with which it is regis­te­red, and to col­lect infor­ma­tion about the user’s brow­sing on the sites.

The cookies issued on the site are ana­ly­ti­cal cookies. They ano­ny­mous­ly col­lect traf­fic data in order to esta­blish sta­tis­tics and traf­fic volumes (num­ber of visits, pages vie­wed, etc.) and to unders­tand the use of the ele­ments making up this site (sec­tions and pages vie­wed, etc.), enabling GOODWIN Nutri­tion srl to moni­tor and improve the qua­li­ty of its ser­vices. GOODWIN Nutri­tion srl also uses Google Ana­ly­tics, a web ana­ly­tics ser­vice pro­vi­ded by Google Inc. (“Google”) to ana­lyze how users use the site. This infor­ma­tion is not inten­ded for resale.

The User’s consent to the pro­ces­sing of cookies is reques­ted eve­ry thir­teen (13) months.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The infor­ma­tion col­lec­ted via this form is used to esta­blish ini­tial contact with GOODWIN Nutri­tion srl and its teams in order to dis­cuss a pro­ject and/or draw up a quote for services.

The data col­lec­ted is inten­ded for the data control­ler, its inter­nal depart­ments in charge of dra­wing up quo­ta­tions, its sales agents, sub­con­trac­tors ope­ra­ting the web ser­ver, pro­duc­tion sub­con­trac­tors and any per­son legal­ly autho­ri­zed to access this data (legal depart­ments, where applicable).

The dura­tion of data pro­ces­sing and sto­rage is limi­ted to three years beyond the last rela­tion­ship with the User.

After three years of inac­ti­vi­ty by the User, the com­pa­ny under­takes to place this data in an exclu­sion data­base. Pro­vi­ding the infor­ma­tion reques­ted in the form is neces­sa­ry for dra­wing up a quo­ta­tion and at least for ini­tial contact, but remains enti­re­ly optional.

The data control­ler is GOODWIN Nutri­tion srl, a com­pa­ny with a capi­tal of €15,000 whose regis­te­red office is loca­ted at 18th Floor — IT Tower, Ave­nue Louise, 480, 1050 Brus­sels, Bel­gium, regis­te­red with the Brus­sels Regis­ter of Com­pa­nies under num­ber 0744 714 134.

The User has the right to ask the data control­ler for access to per­so­nal data, for rec­ti­fi­ca­tion or era­sure of such data, or for a res­tric­tion of the pro­ces­sing rela­ting to the data sub­ject, or the right to object to the pro­ces­sing and the right to data por­ta­bi­li­ty.
The User also has the right to lodge a com­plaint with a super­vi­so­ry authority.
